Never Hit a MacBook Pro

That’s it! I’m a reformed macbook basher! I will never lay an evil or angered finger on my macbook again. Last night it got a bit humid in the bathroom when i took the MacBook pro in to watch Dilbert while in the shower. Now this would of been usually ok, if i had turned the fan on, and if i wasn’t in the shower too long. But indeed it was a long shower and no i didn’t turn the fan on. Come back to my PC, the keys don’t work. Great. I leave it dry over night. Reboot. Fail. The hardware was tripping out inside and forcing a boot into safe boot.

Just as I’m about to list the battery (only decent component left in my macbook) on ebay i decide to check out the cycle count and % health left on it in safe boot. Funnily enough the macbook boots into normal operating mode! Saved! Only thing now is i don’t seem to have a working j key! I have to copy and paste it! But it’s surprising how little i use the key anyway! Time to save up for an iMac!
