How to get iTunes 7 to not sound shit!

Ok i noticed a while back itunes sounded like ass compared to other players, like VLC. So i decided to make sure i was right and searched into it. Anyway its itunes trying to be smart that makes the sounds flat and dull. Get your settings like this:
